WESTMOOR SHEEP
THE IN-BYE FLOCK
This flock consists of 260 Texel X Mule ewes that lamb from the mid March onwards.
They are tupped by Texel or Charollais tups to produce quality prime lambs that are sold from July onwards.
THE HILL FLOCK
This flock consists of 160 Swaledale ewes that are bred pure. They start lambing at the beginning of April and produce ewe lambfor replacements or male lambs that are sold as prime lambs from October through until February.
WEST MOOR HOUSE FARM
GREYFACE DARTMOOR
Penny purchased a small flock of Greyface Dartmoor ewes in 2011. They are a very biddable breed with lots of character and wool.
WELSH BADGER FACED SHEEP
In 2012 Paula lambed her flock of ewes for the first time. They are very inquisitive sheep that are tremendous mothers with plenty of milk.
